If you do not recognize a charge or believe a transaction amount is incorrect, please follow these three steps:

  • Check with other authorized users of your card or those who have access to your card, such as children or spouses, to determine if they made the transaction. Check the receipt to verify amounts of purchases. 
  • Contact the merchant where the purchase was made.
  • If you are unable to resolve your dispute with the merchant, please contact us at 407.835.3500 or 800.953.4567, option 3 or visit your nearest Orlando Credit Union branch location.
